Role within GreenNanoBone
In the context of GreenNanoBone, UH participates in molecular studies related to the MRONJ simulation in vitro (WP9) and the validation of GreenNanoBone in 3D MRONJ in vitro models (WP10). UH performs transcriptomics analysis of 3D in vitro models exposed to Bisphosphonates (BPs). UH leads the task for the Comparative analysis of omics data (Task 12.5), integrating multi-omics data (bulk RNASeq, scRNASeq, proteomics) derived from in vitro, in vivo, and human samples using network-based methods to extrapolate the biomaterial’s mechanism of action
