MyBiotech GmbH
MyBiotech is a CDMO offering end to end development, manufacturing services and innovative products for biotech and pharma. Involved in multiple national and international projects, MyB focuses on the development, production and characterisation of nanopharmaceuticals for diverse administration routes using its proprietary key enabling technologies and GMP-compliant facility. MyBiotech is in the forefront position in (nano)pharmaceutical and innovative natural products R&D studies. MyB is also actively working on key enabling technologies development and optimization. A broad range of proprietary continuous manufacturing technologies based on flow reactors, impinging jets, as well as top-down technologies for size reduction, in addition to downprocessing of microorganisms are developed by MyB.
Role within GreenNanoBone
In GreenNanoBone, MyBiotech will be advising during the development of plant-derived nanoparticles, microgels and bioprinting material, ensuring the feasibility of tech transfer and scale-up and eventual GMP compliance. In dedicated work packages, the roadmap to CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, Control) will be created by analysing and adapting the systems, processes and equipment, followed by a transfer of the manufacturing process to a GMP compliant environment. A technical batch of GreenNanoBone products will be manufactured after scaling up the process that can be used for pre-clinical testing and stability studies.
