Role within GreenNanoBone
In the GreenNanoBone project, EURICE is responsible for intellectual property (IP) management, communication, and overall project management. EURICE's role includes developing the project’s IP strategy to identify, protect, and manage the intellectual assets created. To ensure sustainable use of research and innovation (R&I) results, EURICE guides the creation of exploitation pathways to ensure R&I results are used sustainably beyond the duration of the project. Additionally, EURICE leads project communication, overseeing the external communication strategy and its implementation. This work leverages insights gained from patient collaboration and co-creation activities in Work Packages 13-15. By actively engaging with stakeholders, EURICE works to maximize the project's impact within the R&I ecosystem. Finally, they ensure high-quality results by structuring and monitoring workflows as part of their project and risk management responsibilities.
